By accessing or using Listrr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listrr is a platform that allows users to create, share, and discover curated lists on various topics. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation


  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

    4. User Content

    4.1 Your Content


    You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Listrr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content.

    4.2 Content Standards


    You agree not to post content that:
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Contains malware or spam

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent

  • Violates any person's privacy rights

    • 4.3 Content Removal


    We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without notice.

    5. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Harvest or collect user information without permission

    The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Listrr and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    You represent and warrant that you own or have necessary licenses to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in your content.

    Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

    8. Third-Party Links and Services

    The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Listrr. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party websites or services.

    9. Disclaimers

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    9.2 No Guarantee


    We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or operate without errors.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTRR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

    IN NO EVENT WILL LISTRR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Listrr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    14. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

    YOU AND LISTRR AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

    15. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

    16. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Listrr regarding the use of the Service.

    17. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, governmental actions, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

    18. Survival

    The following sections shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: Section 4 (User Content License), Section 6 (Intellectual Property), Sections 9-11 (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification), Sections 13-16 (Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Severability, and Entire Agreement), and this Section 18 (Survival).

    19. Feedback

    Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Service may be used by Listrr without restriction and without compensation to you. You hereby assign all rights in such feedback to Listrr.
